Terms and Conditions
- Family Consent: We assume that all applicants have discussed with their families and have received consent to post their Bride/Groom details on Kaniyar Matrimony. No profile should be posted without the family’s approval.
- Marriage Readiness: Applicants must be prepared to marry within 6 months if a suitable proposal is received.
- Profile Authenticity: Applicants are responsible for ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of the information provided in their profiles. If a profile is reported as fake, it will be verified and, if found to be false, removed from the platform.
- Acceptable Parentage: Profiles are accepted if the father is Kaniyar and the mother is non-Kaniyar. Profiles where the father is non-Kaniyar and the mother is Kaniyar are strictly not accepted. This policy is based on community-specific norms.
- WhatsApp Group Registration: Applicants will be added to an admin-controlled WhatsApp group for communication only after completing registration via the provided Google form.
- Daily Match List: A list of potential matches will be published daily in the WhatsApp group for selection.
- Contact Information Disclosure: Contact numbers will be exchanged only if both families have checked astro compatibility and are willing to meet.
- Interest Notification: We will notify the Bride/Groom’s contact person via WhatsApp if there is interest or a response to a shared proposal.
- Post-Meeting Follow-Up: After family meetings, members can follow up directly to express interest, share photos, and further discuss the match.
- Respectful Communication: Members are expected to communicate respectfully and courteously with each other and within the WhatsApp group.
- Queries and Clarifications: For any doubts or queries, members should contact the Admin via WhatsApp for corrections or clarifications.
- Privacy Assurance: All personal details shared with Kaniyar Matrimony will be kept confidential and used solely for matchmaking purposes. However, we are not responsible for any data theft or cybercrime involving the data.
- Background Verification: Kaniyar Matrimony does not take responsibility for the background verification of applicants. We encourage users to conduct their own due diligence.
- Inactivity Policy: Profiles that remain inactive for more than 6 months may be removed from our database. Users will be notified before their profiles are removed and will have the option to reactivate their profiles.
- Data Removal: Members can request the removal of their data from our database at any time by contacting the Admin.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our services should be addressed to the Admin for resolution.
- Service Modification: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with prior notice to the members.
- Service Charges: A one-time joining fee of ₹59 is required. We reserve the right to determine future maintenance costs and renewal charges based on user response and platform needs. Please note that all payments made are non-refundable.
- Liability Limitation: Kaniyar Matrimony is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our service.
- Feedback: We welcome feedback to improve our services. Please share your suggestions with the Admin.
